Colorado’s new bully prevention program is just another benefit of the state’s fully legal cannabis trade – perhaps providing other states that might be considering a similar move to understand ways to maximize the performance of this new cash crop. Thanks to Proposition BB, which lets Colorado keep the extra tax revenues it makes on pot, the state has made a decision to give $2.9 million of its $66 million surplus to 50 schools across the state for bullying prevention programs.
